Order and delivery related
According to domestic customs regulations, customs clearance is only possible for purchases of 6 or less items per day and total purchases of $150 or less .
If you purchase more than 6 items or over $150 at a time from Opt Vitamin, we divide the products according to the one-day customs clearance standard and deliver them free of charge at intervals of 2-4 days to avoid any problems with customs clearance.
Excess quantities are sent in installments at intervals of 2-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends, and there are no additional shipping/customs clearance costs.
However, if you place orders at the same time from a third party other than the Opt Vitamin site, please be especially careful because if the dates overlap and are delivered domestically on the same day, customs/value-added tax may be incurred due to the combined amount exceeding the total, or all nutritional supplements ordered may be discarded.
When purchasing nutritional supplements overseas, there is a customs clearance limit of $150 per day for 6 items per day under domestic customs regulations, so products exceeding this standard are sent in installments at intervals of 2-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. However, you do not need to worry as there will be no additional shipping/customs clearance costs.
If you order more than 6 items, you may inconvenience having to split the products, but you can save on shipping costs. If you would like to receive all products you ordered at once, please order the customs clearance quantity of 6 and the price of $150.
If you have not received any items after the first delivery, we ask you to refrain from placing other overseas direct orders so that the second delivery that follows does not overlap with other overseas direct nutritional supplement orders.
Orders are shipped domestically three times a week from our headquarters in Dallas, USA, via post office delivery.
After you place your order, most items are delivered within 5 days, although it may vary depending on weekends/holidays.
1) Shipping to the US on Tuesday: Arrival and customs clearance in Korea on Wednesday - delivery scheduled for Friday and Saturday
2) Shipped to the US on Wednesday - Arrived and cleared customs in Korea on Friday - Delivery scheduled for Monday and Tuesday
3) Shipped to the U.S. on Friday - Arrived and cleared in Korea on Sunday - Delivery scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday
Note] Occasionally, if the product is out of stock or there is a Korean holiday during the delivery period, delivery may be slightly delayed due to the Korean delivery company's holiday, US public holiday, or US delivery company's holiday.

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, you may request cancellation through customer service . Please understand that cancellation is not possible after shipment.

When ordering supplements from overseas, the recipient's personal customs clearance code is required. If you do not have a customs clearance code, your order will not be processed, so you must enter your ‘ personal customs clearance code’ on the order page.

The expiration date on the product container indicates the expiration date before opening. In the case of APEX products, some products display manufacturing dates differently from other products. Typically, the expiration date is up to 2 years from the date of manufacture. When storing for a long time before opening, both refrigerated and frozen storage are possible.
After opening, it is recommended to take the dose as soon as possible.
However, products such as omega-3, excluding mineral ingredients such as magnesium and calcium, which do not spoil easily and have a long shelf life, are oil products, so it is best to take them as soon as possible after opening.
Although it varies depending on the manufacturer, MFD/MFG used without an expiration date refers to the date of manufacture.
Typically, nutritional supplements have an expiration date of about 2 years from the date of manufacture.
All Opt Vitamin products can be stored at room temperature and at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight. Due to climate change, refrigerated or frozen storage is possible in hot weather. The quality is not affected even if stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
However, in the case of liquid products or lactic acid bacteria products, it is recommended to refrigerate them in very hot summer. When storing a product in the refrigerator after opening, except for liquid products, in the case of capsules, be sure to close the lid tightly to prevent moisture from entering.
Discoloration is mainly caused by air (oxygen).
If the product is discolored before opening, it may be due to defective sealing paper, defective desiccant in the product, or if the product has not been used for a long time after opening.
Discoloration does not mean that it cannot be taken, and it can be taken as long as it is within the expiration date. If discoloration occurs, first seal tightly to prevent air from entering, store in the refrigerator, and consume as soon as possible.
The availability of nutritional supplements may vary depending on room temperature or storage conditions. Also, please note that they can easily deteriorate due to moisture in hot summer weather, so please be especially careful when storing them in humid summer months.
If there is discoloration of the product before opening, please contact customer service and we will exchange/return it and issue you a refund.

Until your order is shipped to Korea, you can request cancellation and refund of your order through customer inquiry . In this case, as soon as your inquiry is confirmed, we will cancel your order and immediately issue a refund to the credit card company you used to pay.
In the case of credit card overseas payment refunds , it generally takes more than 3 business days depending on the processing time of your card company. Please be advised in advance that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the card company .
