Optvitamin renewal notice

In order to provide customers with a better shopping experience, the Opt Vitamin Store was renewed on July 7, 2021.

Changes from the existing store

ID system conversion: The existing ID was converted to email format, and an account activation email was sent to the email entered in the existing account. You can log in by clicking on the email and setting a password. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder first. The email was not sent because the email format does not match your existing account, so please sign up for a new account.

First name, last name system conversion: When entering a name, the input is divided into first and last name, so please enter the first name and last name separately when ordering.

Address system conversion: The existing shipping address format has been changed to country, state, and city. Please log in and modify the address to match your shipping address. You can enter a new address when ordering at the renewed store. A personal customs clearance code input field has been added to the address input field. You will need to enter your personal customs clearance code once more when ordering, so you can place your order more conveniently if you save it in the relevant input field.

Existing points : Points accumulated at the existing store are transferred based on email and phone number, but if the email format does not match or the ID is different but the phone number is the same, the points may be accumulated in an account with only one phone number. In this case, please let us know your ID from the previous site through customer service, and we will check and update your points.

In the previous store, points were accumulated up to the decimal point, but in the current system, decimal points cannot be processed, so points below the decimal point are deleted.
